Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy (KVKK Compliant)

Bir Boy Tekstil San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. (“Company”) values the security of your personal data. This policy explains how your personal data is collected, processed, and protected in accordance with Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and related legislation.

PayTR Payment and Electronic Money Organization Inc., an authorized licensed payment institution in Turkey .
PayTR processes and protects all card data in accordance with the PCI DSS Level 1 international security standard.
We only see the successful/unsuccessful payment information and the transaction number; we do not have access to your card details.

Purposes of Using Personal Data

As Bir Boy Tekstil San. Tic. Ltd. Şti., we only process your personal data when there is a legal basis . Our use of your data depends on the purpose for which you provide it to us:

Explicit consent (KVKK art. 5/1): Campaign and promotional messages via e-mail/SMS.

Payment Information (PayTR Assurance)

Your credit card information is not collected or stored by our Company in any way . All card payments are processed through the PayTR Payment and Electronic Money Organization Inc. infrastructure in accordance with PCI DSS Level 1 security standards. We can only see whether the payment was successful, the transaction number, and the confirmation that the payment was made. We do not have access to your card information.

Data Transfer

Cargo Companies: Your address and contact information are shared with cargo companies to deliver your orders.
Payment Institution (PayTR): Necessary transaction information is shared with PayTR for your payment transactions.
Competent Authorities: Data may be shared with official institutions within the scope of legal obligations.
Marketing Partners: Only with your express consent.

Storage Period

It will be deleted or anonymized no later than two years after the contract ends . Storage obligations arising from tax and commercial law are reserved.

Data Processed Due to Legal Obligations

Your personal data may sometimes be processed due to legal obligations . In this context:

Obligations regarding distance selling and off-site sales in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 ,
Keeping accounting and tax records in accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 , Tax Procedure Law No. 213 , Social Security and General Health Insurance Law No. 5510 ,
Storing internet access records in accordance with Law No. 5651 ,
Notifications to the Personal Data Protection Authority in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) ,
Sharing information within the scope of requests by judicial or administrative authorities,
Age verification for online purchases,

Your personal data may be processed for the purposes of:

Storage Period: Data based on legal obligations are stored for the periods stipulated in the relevant legislation and are deleted or anonymized upon expiration.

Data Processed Based on Explicit Consent

If you give your explicit consent, your personal data may be processed for the purposes of marketing, campaign information, promotions and analyzing website usage habits.

Data that can be processed:

Bir Boy Tekstil San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. protects your personal data within the framework of KVKK and relevant legislation.

Firewalls, encryption and access restrictions are implemented to prevent unauthorized access and breaches.
Necessary administrative and technical measures are taken.
Encryption and anonymization/pseudonymization methods can be used to ensure the security of your data .

All users of this site have the right to the protection of their personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) .

Article 11 of the KVKK , personal data owners have the following rights:

Right to Erasure and Restriction

The user may request the deletion of his/her data or the restriction of its processing in the following cases:

If the data is no longer necessary for the purpose of processing,
If explicit consent is withdrawn and there is no other legal reason,
If the processing activity has been carried out unlawfully,
If legal obligations require data to be deleted,
If the child’s personal data has been processed without the consent of the parent/guardian.

we will respond to your application within 30 days at the latest . Depending on the scope of your request, the response time will not exceed the maximum 30-day limit stipulated in the KVKK.
