Bir Boy Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi, hereinafter referred to as the “Seller” , on the one hand, and Bir Boy Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi , on the other hand. It regulates the legal relationship between the www.mbuniforms.com.tr website and the users of the services offered through this site (hereinafter referred to as “Customer” and/or “You” ).

General Information
This document determines the general conditions regarding the activities of Bir Boy Tekstil San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. and the use of the services it offers, and regulates the contractual relationship between the Seller and the Customer.
The provisions below cover all processes related to receiving, processing and completing orders .
All offers made available through our website are intended for consumers purchasing products for personal use only . Purchases made for commercial or professional purposes are not included.

Approval of these General Terms and Conditions is a necessary and mandatory condition for the establishment of the contract between the Customer and Bir Boy Tekstil San. Tic. Ltd. Şti.
By accepting these terms, the customer also consents to the processing of his personal data within the scope of the contract.
1. Definitions
For the purposes of these General Terms:

Service: Commercial activities related to the offering of products for sale, taking orders, collecting payment and delivering the products, carried out by the Seller through the online store. (Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Service does not include the production, manufacturing or customization of goods.) - User (Customer): A natural person who acquires goods solely for personal purposes, excluding commercial or professional activities. These persons are considered “consumers” under Law No. 6502 .
- General Terms: All the terms set out in this text; terms of use, cookie policy, registration and delivery rules, dispute resolution methods, withdrawal and exchange forms and other legally binding information on the site.
- Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (within the scope of KVKK).
- Goods (Product): Movable goods subject to sale. (Goods subject to forced execution, seizure in favor of the state, or goods put up for sale by public authorities are not included in this scope.)
- Sales Contract: A contract in which the Seller transfers or undertakes to transfer ownership of goods, and the Customer pays or undertakes to pay the price. This contract may cover both goods and services.
- Alternative Procedure for Resolution of Consumer Disputes: Procedure for the out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes, carried out by authorized institutions in accordance with the legislation in force.
2. Services Provided
2.1. You have the right to enter into a contract for the sale and delivery of products offered through our website.
2.2. The products offered for sale in our online store can be purchased by real persons and/or legal entities .
3. Establishment of the Contract
3.1. A contract for the sale and delivery of products is established with the Seller through the www.mbuniforms.com.tr online store.
3.2. By placing an order, you acknowledge and declare that you are acting solely for personal purposes.
3.3. By clicking the ” Complete Order ” button, you are placing a binding order for the products in your shopping cart . The contract is deemed to be formed when we send you a confirmation email confirming receipt of your order.
3.4. Before placing an order, you must provide accurate delivery information, select your preferred delivery method and pay the total price.
3.5. After you place your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation stating that your order has been accepted .
3.6. The Seller may transfer payment receivables for the order price to third parties (e.g. banks or payment institutions: iyzico, PayTR, etc.).
3.7. For products that are out of stock or unavailable, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order. In such case, the paid amount will be refunded immediately.
3.8. The Seller reserves the right to reject or cancel the order in the following cases:
- 8.1. Customer’s violation of the General Terms and Conditions,
- 8.2. The Customer’s rude, inappropriate or malicious attitude towards the Seller’s employees or representatives,
- 8.3. Placing the order via automated tools such as software, bot, crawler, spider, etc. or third-party services.
3.9. The seller reserves the right to suspend future purchases for up to 12 months from customers who exhibit unusual or suspicious return behavior . This applies particularly to repeated, excessive or unreasonable return requests.
4. Subcontractors
- The Customer acknowledges that orders placed through the online store may be fulfilled by the Seller through third parties. In this context, the Seller may use subcontractors for the delivery of the ordered products. The Customer’s separate approval is not required for the use of subcontractors.
4.1. Subcontractors are not parties to the contract established between the Customer and Bir Boy Tekstil San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. and are only responsible for the realization of delivery.
5. Prices and Payment Terms
- The selling prices of the products are those stated in the online store at the time the order is placed. Obvious and obvious typographical or system errors are excluded from this.
5.1. All prices displayed on the site are in Turkish Lira (TL) and include the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) . Shipping costs are not included in the product price and may vary depending on the preferred delivery method and delivery address. The total cost of shipping and payment options will be clearly communicated to the Customer before order confirmation.
5.2. The Seller reserves the right to change product prices on the site at any time. However, price changes do not affect previously approved orders.
5.3. The Seller may implement campaigns, promotions, or loyalty discounts within the framework of applicable legislation. The terms and conditions of the discounts are also specified in the area where the discount is announced.
5.4. Different discount types cannot be combined for the same product.
5.5. For returned products, if a discount has been applied, only the amount actually paid by the Customer will be refunded.
5.6. If a faulty, defective, or incorrect product is delivered, no additional shipping fee will be charged for the return process. All costs incurred in this case (initial shipping fee, return shipping fee) will be covered by the Seller. Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the order.
6. Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping costs are calculated at the payment stage and shown including VAT .
6.1. Shipping costs may vary depending on the size of the order, delivery address and the selected shipping method.
6.2. Shipments within Turkey are made only through Aras Cargo. The customer receives the order at the address specified.
6.3. When your order is shipped, you will be sent both a shipping confirmation email and an email containing your invoice.
7. Payment Terms
- Order payments can be made via credit card, debit card or reliable third-party payment organizations operating in Turkey (e.g. iyzico, PayTR etc.).
7.1. The Seller reserves the right to partially limit payment methods.
7.2. The Seller may offer new payment methods at any time except cash (e.g., third-party payment operators).

7.3. When payment is made by card, the price is automatically collected from the Customer’s account after order confirmation.
7.4. For transactions made through third-party payment services, additional fees and conditions determined by these service providers may apply.
7.5. The Seller cannot be held responsible for technical malfunctions or access problems caused by third-party payment providers.
7.6. If the customer completes the order by making payment but does not receive the product from the cargo company, he has the right to request a refund of the paid price.
7.7. In this case, the refund will be made using the same payment method ; however, the shipping and return costs of the product that was not received or requested to be returned will be deducted from the total amount and the remaining amount will be refunded.
7.8. The Customer agrees to receive invoices, receipts, return documents and reminder notifications electronically.
7.9. If an invoice is requested on behalf of a company, a valid tax number must be entered during payment, and the required company information must be completed completely. Invoice requests for individuals can be made via the contact form. An invoice must be issued within five calendar days of the purchase date.
8. Right of Withdrawal and Return
- The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
8.1. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product(s) to be returned must be clearly stated and the order information (order number, delivery date, orderer/buyer information, etc.) must be provided in full.
8.2. The right of withdrawal can be exercised via the “Return Form” on our website.
8.3. Once we receive your form, you will receive a confirmation email. After review, you will receive detailed instructions for the return process and a shipping label.
8.4. During the return process:
- The product price will be refunded.
- Shipping costs for faulty/wrong/damaged products belong to the Seller.
- For customer-related returns, the return shipping cost is deducted from the total amount.
- In partial returns, shipping costs are not refunded.
- In cases where a full refund is made and a replacement product cannot be sent, the shipping cost will also be refunded.
- In case of exchange, the shipping cost of the new product is covered by the Seller.
8.5. The right of withdrawal can only be exercised if the product has been tried on (as if tried on in a store). The product must be returned complete, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
8.6. The Seller may postpone making the return payment until the product reaches the Seller or proof of shipment is presented.
8.7. If the obligation to return the product is not fulfilled, the right of withdrawal will not be deemed to have been exercised.
8.8. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal: For hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in cases such as underwear, personal care products, orders specially prepared for the consumer, etc. (Law No. 6502, Article 15).
8.9. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
8.10. Return payments are made within 14 days at the latest after the product reaches us.
- Warranty and Defective Goods
- The consumer has the right to complain if the product he/she receives is not in accordance with the order or is defective.
9.1. The Seller shall take due care to ensure that the products are delivered in accordance with the legislation, free from defects and in accordance with their description.
9.2. Color/size differences between product images and screens may occur. Measurements are approximate; the Seller is not responsible for ±2 cm differences due to production.
9.3. Natural wear and tear of the products (e.g. fading, scratching) is not covered by the warranty.
9.4. The consumer may exercise his/her rights within 30 days from the date of delivery in accordance with the provisions regarding defective goods:
- Refund of the fee,
- Free repair,
- Replacement with a non-defective product,
- Discount on price.
9.5. A quick solution (exchange, return, discount) is provided if the consumer notifies the Seller of the defect within 14 days.
9.6. Cases not covered by the warranty:
- Improper use,
- Maintenance contrary to instructions,
- Accident/damage, unauthorized repair/modification,
- Use other than intended.
9.7. All products are offered for sale in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and relevant legislation.
9.8. These provisions do not eliminate the legal rights of the consumer.
10. Return Process
- For your returns, you must follow the steps below:
10.1. Step 1 – Refund Request
- within 14 days from the date you receive the product .
- Fill out the online return form in the “Returns” section on our website.
- In the form, please enter all necessary information such as your order number, contact information and reason for return.
- For faulty, damaged or incorrect products, you may be asked to upload photos.
10.2. Step 2 – Request Review
- Once your request is received, our team will check your information.

- After review, you will be sent detailed return instructions and the return shipping label to be used .
10.3. Step 3 – Shipping the Product

- Affix the return shipping label provided to you to the package and deliver it to the specified shipping company.
- Return shipment must be made within the period notified by us.
10.4. Step 4 – Product Control
- When the product reaches us, it is checked to ensure that it complies with the return conditions (unused, undamaged and in original condition).
- If necessary, technical inspection is carried out on defective products.
10.5. Step 5 – Processing of Refund Fee
- Once your return is approved, the payment will be refunded to you using the original payment method you used for the order.
- For customer-related returns, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the total amount. However, if the product is returned faulty, defective, or incorrectly, all costs will be covered by the Seller.
- Shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable. Shipping costs are refunded only if the entire order is returned and a replacement cannot be shipped.
- 14 calendar days after the product reaches us .
11. Intellectual Property
- All materials and resources on our website (including existing databases) are protected under the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works , and their rights belong to us or the person who has transferred the right to use them. These materials may not be used in violation of applicable legislation.
11.1. In case of copying, reproduction or any other violation of intellectual property rights beyond what is permitted, we have the right to claim compensation for all direct and indirect damages.
11.2. Unless expressly permitted in writing, you are prohibited from duplicating, modifying, deleting, publishing, distributing or otherwise disclosing the information and resources published on our website.
11.3. We are obliged to exercise due care to ensure your normal access to the website services.
11.4. We reserve the right to suspend access to the services offered on our website. We also have the right, but not the obligation, to delete information and materials published on our website at our sole discretion.
12. Expiration and Termination of the Contract
- If any use contrary to the General Terms and Conditions, applicable legislation or general moral principles is detected, we reserve the right to terminate the contract unilaterally and without prior notice.
12.1. Except for the cases specified in these General Terms, the contract is deemed to be terminated in case the activities of the website are stopped or closed.
12.2. Except for the situations stated above, if either party fails to fulfill its obligations arising from the contract, it may terminate the contract by giving at least 1 week’s notice to the other party .
12.3. For the contract to be deemed to have been made in writing, actions such as sending an e-mail, clicking the electronic confirmation button on the website, or checking a box are sufficient. These declarations are considered valid as long as they are recorded electronically.
Partial Invalidity
12.4. The parties agree that if any provision of these General Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions of the contract shall remain valid. The invalid provision shall be replaced by the relevant legal regulation or established practice.
Changes to General Terms
12.5. Any changes to these General Terms will be notified to the Customer via the e-mail address provided within 7 business days at the latest .
12.6. If the Customer does not wish to participate in the changes, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. To do so, the Customer must notify the Seller within one month of receiving the change notification.
12.7. If the right of withdrawal is not exercised within this period, the changes made are deemed to be accepted by the Customer.
13. Applicable Law
- These General Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey in terms of all disputes, claims and legal issues related to the use of the website, product sales and services provided .
13.1. Customers within Turkey: Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and all relevant legislation apply. In case of dispute, Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.
13.2. Customers outside Turkey: Unless otherwise required by the relevant country’s legislation, all disputes arising from this contract will be evaluated within the scope of Turkish law and Istanbul Courts have jurisdiction.
14. Dispute Resolution and Limits of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damages is excluded. In no event shall our total liability exceed the total price of the products purchased.
